Living /dining room
The spacious 15' x 15' lounge/diner has a view overlooking the village centre and the pretty River Windrush. It is equipped with a three-seater reclining leather sofa, oak dining table and
chairs beside the window (so you can appreciate the village and river views),and a 42” HD plasma TV.
The compact, well-equipped kitchen has a Neff double oven, gas hob, full sized fridge/freezer and a dishwasher and waste disposal unit. A separate utility area houses a washing machine and tumble dryer. A Nespresso coffee machine and coffee pods are also provided.
The comfortable air-conditioned bedroom has a luxurious king-size Vispring bed, wardrobe, dressing table (with hairdryer) and wall-mounted 32” LCD TV. The high vaulted ceiling accommodates a mezzanine floor - accessed via a fixed ladder - housing a desk, storage cupboards and a roof light overlooking the courtyard. A quirky place to spend time for work or leisure.
The en-suite bathroom has a large bath,separate shower, heated fuel towel rail, bath robes, ceiling mounted speakers with volume control, luxury jumbo-size bath towels, backlit mirror (with separate magnifying mirror), floor to ceiling tiles, and underfloor heating.
The apartment is equipped with a burglar alarm, fire alarm, safe, and Garrison locks on the main door and the apartment's door.

Please note that this apartment is on an upper floor with access by stairs. Due to the nature of Cotswold Perfumery’s 300-year-old building there are additional internal steps and a step ladder to the mezzanine.
